How do I book a journey?
You can book online without downloading the app, or use the app for faster repeat bookings. All journeys are pre-booked.
Do I need the app to book?
No. The app is optional. Booking online gives you the same service.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes — you can book for a family member, guest or colleague. Just enter the passenger details during booking.

Pricing

Transparent pricing, what’s included, and when additional airport fees apply.

Are prices fixed?
Prices are clear and fixed where possible. There is no surge pricing.
Are airport pickup or parking charges included?
For Meet & Greet services, any airport pickup or parking charges set by the airport are added at cost after the journey.
Will the price change after I book?
Your booking price stays as confirmed, unless airport-set pickup/parking charges apply to Meet & Greet (charged at cost).

Which airports do you cover?
We cover Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City, plus private charter terminals where applicable.
Is Meet & Greet included?
Chauffeur airport travel includes Meet & Greet as standard. Everyday airport travel offers Meet & Greet as an optional add-on at booking.
Is waiting time included at the airport?
All Meet & Greet airport pickups include up to one hour of free waiting time from when the flight lands.

Chauffeur Service

What’s the difference between Everyday and Chauffeur travel?
Everyday travel is professional and straightforward. Chauffeur travel is more discreet and presentation-led, designed for executive journeys and occasions.
Is Meet & Greet included for chauffeur airport pickups?
Yes — Chauffeur airport travel includes Meet & Greet as standard. Airport pickup/parking charges are added at cost.
